My Doctor And I Are Playing Phone Tag - This

My doctor and I are playing phone tag - this is my mri report for my left hip - what does it mean? There is subtle edema just inferior to the origin of the rectus femoris involving the subligamentous fat. Heterogeneity of the bone marrow presumably due to demineralization. Bone marrow signal characteristics are normal. No joint effusion. Limited evaluation of the urinary bladder appears normal. The labrum appears intact.
