My Doctor Changed My Prescription 6/29 From Losartan/HCTZ 25-12MG To

My doctor changed my prescription 6/29 from Losartan/HCTZ 25-12MG to 100-25 MG TAB LUP to lower my blood pressure. I feel fine when I get up in the morning and take my pill. Then I have breakfast and later I feel like I am going to fall asleep. Today I was watching TV at lunch and fell asleep. Normally I do not take naps during the day. I feel tired and lethargic and I should be playing golf. Can the medication have this effect on me.
