My Doctor Changed The Dosage Of My Thyroid Pill From

My doctor changed the dosage of my thyroid pill from 175 to 125 mcg then after I developed tiny bumps and itchy spots on my body she raised the dosage to 137mcg, my pharmacist suggested I may be allergic to something the pill is made of. My face has also gotten extremely dry as if a paste dried on it. Are you able to advise anything?
