My Doctor Diagnosed A Small Patch On My Forehead As

My doctor diagnosed a small patch on my forehead as a facial wart and told me that I could rid myself of it by using a topical product usually used for warts on hands or feet. I have tried repeated applications (following the product's instructions -- although it states it's not intended for the face). They're right. It doesn't work. Now, I have been trying castor oil applications at night. So far, I still have the wart. What do you advise?
