My Doctor Gave Me Aldara Cream To Treat A Wart

My doctor gave me aldara cream to treat a wart located on my perineum. A day after the use, I felt discomfort in my anal area. I tried to take a look and it seems I have a small skin crack that burns when I wash my self. Is this ski. Crack due to aldara? Can I apply fucidine cream to ward of infection? What is my best option? I also have herpes but eruptions occur only on my left butt cheek, never on anus or vagina. Could this be herpes related?
