My Doctor Has Been Trying To Find Something To Help

My doctor has been trying to find something to help my type 2 diabetes. Yesterday she put me on Tradjenta. According to the package insert pancreatitis and severe Arthralgia. How can I tell if either of these conditions are a result of my taking this drug?
