My Doctor Has Diagnosed My Symptoms As Being Caused By

My doctor has diagnosed my symptoms as being caused by damage to the parasympathetic nervous system.
My question is, could this be a result of an auto accident (30 yrs ago) which I hit the windshield on the passenger side with my face and dashboard with my right thigh, resulting in multiple facial damage, fractured ribs and a broken femur bone.
