My Doctor Has Prescribed Lumia 60K Capsule Once A Month

My doctor has prescribed Lumia 60K capsule once a month a my Vitamin D 3 levels was negligent an di was experiencing pains and stiffness in my hip bones ( front and back) and lower back. As I stay inddors and work under A/C conditioned office with no exposure to sunlight, my doctor has advised me to continue this capsule life long ( 1 capsule once in two weeks life long). Also my question is can i take Remylin D tablet once a day life long along with it.
