My Doctor Has Prescribed Tglip 20 And Gemer 2 Before

My doctor has prescribed Tglip 20 and gemer 2 before breakfast and gemer 2 before dinner after seeing my blood sugar level 152 fasting and 230 after meal. Is it in order ?I am having sleep disorder,do not have good sleep at night. Is this medication the cause of my sleep disorder?
