My Doctor Has Suggested 5 Ml Levolin 100 Mg Syrup

My doctor has suggested 5 ml levolin 100 mg syrup for my one and half year old daughter for her severe cough and cold. She has not urinated since last afternoon. Can you please suggest me on this? IS there any serious matter if she has not urinated ,more than 12 hours?
