My Doctor Is Changing Me From Amlodipine 10mg To Benicar

My doctor is changing me from amlodipine 10mg to Benicar 20mg and he wants me to take half a amlodipine 5mg for 7 days along with 20mg Benicar then just the Benicar after that. My blood pressure since I started doing that yesterday is running low 103/66, should I be worried?
