My Doctor Is On Vacation. I Will See Him Monday

My doctor is on vacation. I will see him Monday morning. On 12-02-16 I was diagnosed by an ER doctor with a swollen rt. hand arm infection of cellulitis with lymphangitis. I was on a treatment plan of antibiotics for about twenty days ( Cephalexin 500 mg 4 x a day & Doxycycline mono 100 mg 2 x a day. I was able to return to work after 26 days for one week. The first day of the next week I began getting some pain again. then the third day (Wed) my hand starting swelling up again. So I went to urgent care that day and got more of Doxycyclin 100 mg twice a day only for ten days. After reading article on cellulitis, I think I'll need more antibiotics to cure this. I did not know I was going to have so much trouble trying to get cured. I seem to be getting better while on antibiotics. How long do you think its going to take to get well and stay well? I'm 67 yrs old. And coud this infection elevate a PSA Test result?
