My Doctor Isn't Taking Me Serious Yo Something Wrong With

My doctor isn't taking me serious yo something wrong with me past 3 years I been getting these sinus infections that last 3-4 months I can't talk only when I look up coughing hacking up chunks peaces mucus I do self care I'm starting to get tired I drink tuns tuns of water eat right exercise everyday symptomsget worst I've been on server antibiotic for infection AND IT'S STILL THERE IT'S GETING WORST I'M BECOMING TO THINK I'M GOING TO GO IN ACOMA j"severe jaw pain coughing to were I'm getting cramps abdominal pain my ears starting to hurt my eye started squeeking when rubbing losing visiom when reading I'm freaking out please help man this has to be a infection causing these symptomsbut if antibiotics ain't the key I don't wanna live off ibuprofen I'm starting to lose my mind I'm having these sleep apnea things were I'm telling my family I'm going to go in acoma help me I'm a mental patient tooooooooooo omg help diagnose this I'M SURE RARE WAS WATEVER IT ISSSSS IT'S NOT CONTAGIOUS YOOOOO no money no job I've had 12 interviewsmy resume phenomenal I think but I can't talk I've been whispering I'm almost done with everything I'm scared when I don't talk my voice is done bye bye tonight I was pushing my voice out an felt a booger coming out but stoped when I tried getting it it wasn't possible and I even inspectedmy mucusto see if maybe worms or something idk I'm not a drug user I'm not tripping someone help me !!!!!!!!
