My Doctor Just Called Wants To See Me Tomorrow. Had

My doctor just called wants to see me tomorrow. Had lab work done. Results white blood cell counted elevated and somthing about the liver. I've been taking steroid shots for joint pain in shoulder and thumb. Both need surgery. Also night sweets every once in a while. Is this side effects from shot.
