My Doctor Just Raised My Dose Of Gabapentin To 600mg.

My doctor just raised my dose of gabapentin to 600mg. I was just diagnosed with scholiosis. my diabetes neuropathy is off the charts, but I am in so much pain I don't want to move and I just want to scream all the time. Everything I have to do is an effort. I'm miserable. I've never been this person. Could it be the gabapentin? I really don't think the dosage increase has helped the neuropathy. I feel so swollen and uncomfortable. I also take arimadex for breast cancer I had 9 years ago. I am so depressed and in so much pain ,I really don't want to live. I read that this medicine is used to control seizures.
