My doctor prescribed 15 mg of Temazepam before bedtime to help me sleep following knee replace surgery. I’m still wide awake. I’ve also tried 50 mg of tramadol, not on the same night and still no sleep. He then prescribed Ambien 6.25 and still no sleep. Can I combine any two of these together safely to help me sleep?
