My doctor prescribed Estrace cream which I can't afford and you say I can use vitamin E Oil -can I use vitamin E Oil or does it have to be the capsules broken - and I found some capsules but they say for only external use. I also have some Tree Tea oil with vit E and aleo vera can I use that
