My Doctor Prescribed Me Lecope - M Because I Have

My doctor prescribed me Lecope - M because I have some kind of allergy. It started 2 months back. I sneeze a lot, my eyes itch and my nose is runny. Im fine until I take these medicines but as soon as I stop taking them it starts again. Can this be hay fever..? Or dust allergy..? Do tell me what you think. I know I need to do tests to find out exactly but it would be a great help if you can tell me.
