My Doctor Prescribed Medroxyprogesterone (10mg) And Progesterone (200mg) To Kickstart

My doctor prescribed medroxyprogesterone (10mg) and progesterone (200mg) to kickstart and normalize my menstrual cycles (my husband and I are trying to get pregnant), as my period had stopped for several months before my appointment. It was prescribed four months ago, with the expectation that I would wait and see if my period would normalize on its own. It didn't, so I went and filled the prescription tonight. However, there weren't clear instructions with the medroxyprogesterone and my doctor's office is currently closed. I remember my doctor saying that the medroxyprogesterone kickstarts the period and since I was not having periods at that time, that I could start and take the ten doses whenever. However, while my period hasn't normalized, it did kind of show up a couple times since my appointment four months ago. So two questions: 1) Can I still start taking the medroxyprogesterone whenever or should I try and sync it to the almost-cycle I had? 2) The progesterone is supposed to be taken days 14 to 26. Does that mean I wait four days after taking the medroxyprogesterone to start the progesterone?
