My Doctor Prescribes Me To Take Geminor MP2 Plus Teneza

My doctor prescribes me to take Geminor MP2 plus Teneza 20 tablet together in the morning after breakfast and stopped Voge 0.2 that I was taking after dinner. Now my Blood Sugar is Fasting below 90 and PP below 120. HBA1C is 6.75.

Now should I decrease the dose because I am thinking dose is on higher side.
