My Doctor Prescrited Amitiza Caps 8 Mcg; The Pharmacy Gave

My doctor prescrited Amitiza caps 8 mcg; the pharmacy gave me a different looking pill and it says 24 mcg, is this the same thing? my doctor gave me samples so I know what his order should look like. and the difference of 8 mcg to 24 mcg. ????
