My Doctor Said Me Blood Work Came Back With A

My doctor said me blood work came back with a high number for my liver. He has ordered an ultrasound. I have been tested for Hep b and c or whatever. A year and a half ago I was told that I have a fatty liver. What will the ultrasound show and what can I expect for a diagnosis? Thanks for your help.
