What Does It Mean To Have A Bulky Uterus With Multiple Fibroids According An Ultrasound Scan?

My doctor said the USS shows a bulky uterus fibroid. The echo pattern is largely homogeneous .the myometrium is expanded by multiple solid tissue masses with mixed echo texture of variable sizes intramural in the interior wall,fundal wall,posterior wall and submucous within the body of the uterus . both ovaries appear normal in sizes and structure, adnexae bilaterally free. Pouch of Douglas is normal, no free pelvic collection, no cyst, no cyesis or retained product of conception sighted
