My Doctor Says I Should Not Take Fosomax Of Risedronate

My doctor says I should not take Fosomax of Risedronate for more than 5 years. Yet I take Warfarine (for a mechanical heart valve), which weakens bones, and so have been taking Risedronate or Fosomax for ages (since the heart valve operation in 1993 .

If I stop Risedronate or Fosomax, will I not get osteoporosis?
