My Doctor Says My Eustaian Tubes Have Fluid In Them.

My doctor says my eustaian tubes have fluid in them. I have dizziness that feels like I am going to pass out. Never had this before. Was on antihistamine/decongestant for 10 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I had a bad spell today in which I got nauseous and had dry heaves because of empty stomach. No ear pain of any kind. Can this fill back up so easily??
