My Doctor Says My Pancreas Enzymes Are High They Have

My doctor says my pancreas enzymes are high they have taken every MRI cat scans gallbladder the scope down the throat pancreas pictures and they can't find nothing wrong with it but my stools are about 2 or3days apart my stomach hurts around my navel area and now has gone around to my back is there any pancreatic enzymes that will help with the digestion of food my kidneys are starting to hurt my stomach area burns and inches like crazy
