My Doctor Thinks I Might Be Going Through Pre-menapause But

My doctor thinks I might be going through pre-menapause but everyone i talk do has different symptom I had to by a bed that radiated cold air because my body temp is so raised, I can't sleep at night even taking ambium..i have heart pap\lpatations and my skin is always on fire i just fell awful all the time
doctor said my heart is fine..but i am so miserable i don't know what to do hope you can help me
