My Doctor Told Me That My Blood Work Indicates An

My doctor told me that my blood work indicates an autoimmune disease. He said that I tested positive for the ANA and DNA tests. He referred me to another doctor for further evaluation. Would Lupus be the most likely disease or would you suggest another. I have a faint butterfly rash across my nose and have suffered with lymphedema in both arms, chest, and face for 3 months.
