My doctor told me to develop my hip muscles, I've use the elliptical trainer, for about 2 mos., but have lower back tightness, both sides, I use the highest resistance, at 20, and train for 1 hr. Why do I have this problem, now I have tried swimming to ease the discomfort in my lower back, nothing is working.
