My Doctor Told Me Today That I Needed Rios? To

My doctor told me today that I needed Rios? to strengthen the effects of my Orencia infusions. Apparently Rios? is a steroid based pain killer that you take at night to help with the pain, so you can get some sleep. Can you tell me anything about it? I don't know if I am spelling it properly.
