My Doctor Took Me Off Blood Pressure Medicine Due To

My doctor took me off blood pressure medicine due to her diagnosis of orthostatic hypotension and now my blood pressure on my second day without medicine is 170/96. Am I in danger or should I wait till it might get to 160/100 before calling her as she instructed me?
