My Doctor Took Me Off Of Meformin Because Of Horrible

My doctor took me off of meformin because of horrible gut pain, bloating and diarrhea. I have had it for probably six months. I was also smelling a sulfer like oder at times. Several days at a time then it would stop. I thought it had stopped after quiting the metformin but it has returned. All my other problems quit after going off the metformin. I have been reading what could cause the odor problem. I have had head trauma (train/car accident when I was 16) and I have type II diabetes. I also had a sinus lift and bone graft and two posts put in to prepare for my two implants.
