My Doctors Office Just Called And Said They Found Endometrial

My doctors office just called and said they found endometrial cells in my papsmear and want me to come in so she can look at my cervic under a microscope . What does it mean the nurse did not answer my questuin as to if they thought this was cancer . I have not had a period since 2005 when I had to have an over active thyroid treated.
