My Dog 5days Ago Was Out In The Car With

My dog 5days ago was out in the car with my husband, he had the window open and my girl had her head out,the next day she had swollen tear filled eyes, was very sleepy and totally out of sort. I took her to my vet and she has a temperature, swollen glands, swollen eyes and has dufficulty opening her mouth and also eating?? She is a Doberman nearly 5 years old and has been in great health up until this.
