My Dog Accidentally Bit Me On The Forearm Last Friday

My dog accidentally bit me on the forearm last Friday night. The bite left two deep puncture wounds with bleeding. I did first aid treatment, but haven't gone to the doctor in order to protect my dog from quarantine. He is healthy and current on all vaccines. I continue to treat the wounds with antibiotic ointment, but my forearm has been swollen and painful for the past two days. I'm concerned, but I want to protect my dog. what should I do?
