My Dog And A Visiting Dog Got In A Fight.

My dog and a visiting dog got in a fight. I was bitten on my hand in 3 places. the inside of my wrist has a deep puncture. It has redness and swelling. Should I see a doctor? I washed it immediately, put peroxide on, then antibiotic ointment. Is this OK?
