My Dog Bit Me And Drew A Fair Amount Of

My dog bit me and drew a fair amount of blood with deep puncture wounds (about an inch in diameter each). I've cleaned and bandaged the wounds - do I need ice to slow the swelling? I've also taken an anti-inflammatory. Note: This is my dog, up to date on his rabies vaccine; he was fighting with our other dog and I got in the middle.
