My Dog Bite Me In The Hand Causing Some Scraps

My dog bite me in the hand causing some scraps and one small puncture hole My dog is up to date on shots but every since then the skin around my left side torso has become extremely sensitive almost painful to the touch was this caused by the bite or just a coincidence. No rash
