My Dog Has A Skin Condition That I Have Been

My dog has a skin condition that I have been unable to cure just keep at bay. 3 weeks ago after I bathed him I broke out on my ankles stomach wrist and in the bend of my arm and back of my knee. It was terribly itchy I stll have sores but calamine lotion eased the itching. Coul I have caught something from my dog. I have often before and since bathrd him without these results
