My Dog Is 11 Years Old. She Has Brownish Mucus

My dog is 11 years old. She has brownish mucus coming from her nose, vomiting, will not eat or drink and is very lethargic. She normally eats grain free food and I changed to a different brand of grain free food a couple of days ago and that is when her illness began.
