My Dog Is 7 Years Old. She Is Not Wanting

My dog is 7 years old. She is not wanting to eat, she lays down with her head down most of the time and he belly is moving quickly as if she is out of breath. She is wanting to play with a couple of visiting dogs but plays for a minute or two then goes and lays down. Even in rest she appears to be breathing fast. Any ideas?
