My Dog Is Almost 14 Years Old And Has Had

My dog is almost 14 years old and has had some issues with her back leg recently. Today she seemed tgo collapse and then got us disoriented and walking in circles. She is having a hard time standing and when walking is not walking straight. Her eyes also seem to be moving back and forth which I have not noticed before.
