My Dog Is Having Gurgling/growling Sounds In Her Stomach. She

My dog is having gurgling/growling sounds in her stomach. She first had them last Thursday and took her to the vet and he heard the gurgling and he said it sounded like water and not gas. He didn't think anything serious maybe she picked something outside and advised to give her 1/2 of Pepcid and he gave her a shot of basically the same thing to activate the medicine in her stomach. Came home and she ate well no loose stools always hard, no blood, she drank water, ate, played and nothing else happened. We did not give her the Pepcid as she didn't have anymore gurgling until tonight. She ate 1/2 a small can of food today (Science Diet Chicken). Yesterday she had almost two cans one in morning and at night. She has no signs of anything being wrong out of the ordinary other than the gurgling. She's a Havanese and weighs 17 lbs. What could be the problem?
