My Dog Just Slammed In To The Left Side Of

My dog just slammed in to the left side of my chin. I can not open, close, or even leave still with out pain. I took some ibuprofren, and i have an ice pack on it. I was just wondering how much damage could have been done, and whether I should go see a doctor.
