My Dog Seems Fine Eating And Drinking, But She Can't

My dog seems fine eating and drinking, but she can't seem to get comfortable. We took her for a walk and she she saw another dog and really pulled on the leash. We continued to walk a few feet and she layer down in the grass and was rolling around and didn't seem to want to walk. We got home and she keeps moving from the couch or floor and out in the grass.
