My Dog Started Getting A Red Rash All Over His

My dog started getting a red rash all over his body. It itches as he is continually scratching. At first I thought it was a bite from one of my other dogs but it has spread in different areas. It's red and he's been scratching so the I can see raw skin. Any suggestions?
