My Dr Prescribed 50 Thousand Intergrated Units Of Vitamin D

My dr prescribed 50 thousand intergrated units of vitamin d last week I misread the bottle it said take it twice a week and I have been taking it everyday once daily by accident so I called poison control they said they don't think I have took it long enough to make it toxic for me. My vitamin d was only a 13 when this medicine was prescribed to me.
