My Driver From Meals On Wheels Said I Was Drooling

My driver from Meals on wheels said I was drooling when I opened the door.
we checked and my right side was not moving when I was smiling.
She said I could have Bell's palsy. I know about it because one nephew had it.
I see that it takes a while to recover.
I did call my doctor 's office and should get a call back.
Will I need Cat scan?
