My Dtr, Age 53 Has Struggled With Polycystic Ovarian D,

My dtr, age 53 has struggled with polycystic ovarian d, since she was a teen. A few months ago had pain with cramping and bleeding. test and recent biopsy show abnormal cells present and thickening in walls of uterus.
She is scheduled for complete hysterectomy in 2 wks to be followed by radiation tx. Doc indicated that she had a lot of adhesions from a bowel abcess 15 yrs ago, Also had c-diff infection after that surg. should she consider getting a 2nd opinion and/or going to a place that specializes in this???
