My Dx Is Ulcer Between Toes 3 And 4, And

My dx is ulcer between toes 3 and 4, and it won't heal. Have had this about 2 years, and seen podiatrists, internists and dermatologist. Currently I am using Ciclopirox as prescribed by dermatologist and it helps a bit with pain. Compression test shows slight circulation problem in the leg. Toes are sloped to where I can't really put a buffer between them. Ibuprofen helps some, but pain wakes me several times at night. I am not diabetic and in overall good health at age 83.
